We Built the Platform
Nobody Built

Skillbanc exists because the gap between being skilled and being paid for that skill is one of the most expensive problems in the creative world, and almost nobody was addressing it directly.

We kept seeing the same thing over and over again.

Talented people — designers, photographers, writers, developers, video editors — struggling financially. Not because their work was bad. Because they had no framework for turning that work into a business.

No one taught them pricing. No one taught them positioning. No one sat them down and explained how to find clients who pay well, how to package their skill, or how to build something sustainable around what they already knew how to do.

There were platforms teaching skills. Thousands of them. But almost nothing built specifically around the monetization side, the part that actually determines whether a creative thrives or burns out.

That gap bothered us enough to do something about it.

Skillbanc is the platform we wish had existed for a lot of people we know.

What Is NOVARA?

NOVARA is a selective, application-based cohort for ambitious individuals who already possess marketable skills and are ready to position those skills for global opportunities.

This is not a course. This is a positioning and execution experience. Applicants are evaluated and selected, not everyone who applies gets in.

Applicants are evaluated based on:

  • Skill readiness — the quality and relevance of what you already know
  • Portfolio quality — evidence of your work and what it's produced
  • Communication ability — how clearly you can articulate your value
  • Commitment — your capacity to dedicate fully to 8 weeks
  • Alignment with the cohort's objectives and partner brand needs

You identify a meaningful challenge aligned with your skill set, develop a practical solution, and present the resulting work during Demo Day. Every participant leaves with relevant, portfolio-worthy experience that speaks for itself.
